Installation

Complete the following preparatory work after unpacking the instrument:
1. Clean the contact feet under the base
with a cloth dampened with rubbing alcohol.
2. Carefully place the instrument
on a clean measurement plate.
3. Secure the display unit in its holder
by tightening the two screws.
4. Connect the instrument with the HDMI cable
to the display unit.
Connect the straight plug at the display unit and the angular plug at the column.
Static electricity can damage the electronic instrument components. In order to prevent any da-
mage of this kind, avoid making contact with the pins of pin and sleeve connectors.
