NOTE!
If the user confirm a value in P0109 which is different from that just programmed
in P0108, the frequency inverter trips fault F0160. To reset this fault, de-energize
and re-energize the frequency inverter.
6) After programming and confirming the delay time value, the user must return the DIP switches
S2 to the "OFF" position. At this point, the frequency inverter exits the programming mode
(A0162) and returns to the safe state (A0160).
OFF
7) Set the deceleration time on parameter P0106 for the deceleration ramp that the frequency
inverter will execute during a demand of the SS1-t safety function.
NOTE!
For the STO safety function, parameter P0106 is irrelevant for the safety function
performance and this is step can be skipped.
8) Set the safety inputs to the operational state. The frequency inverter should clean alarm
A160 from the HMI display.
9) Press "I" key on the HMI to run the motor.
10) While the motor is running, set the safety inputs back to the safe state, checking if the SS1-t
delay time (P0108) and the deceleration ramp imposed by the frequency inverter (P0106), if
applicable, are suitable for the application. If not, repeat this programming procedure with
appropriate time values.
NOTE!
During the timing of the SS1-t safety function (delay time), alarm A0161 is
displayed on the HMI. After this delay time, the HMI displays alarm A0160.
NOTE!
Setting the frequency inverter to its factory default parametrization via parameter
P0204 does not affect the programmed delay time in the CFW500-SFY2 safety
functions module.
NOTE!
Copying parameters via CFW500-MMF (flash memory module) does not affect
the programmed delay time in the CFW500-SFY2 safety functions module.
