Blade change
- Make sure the saw is unplugged before changing the blades and be careful to avoid getting your
ngers caught between the blade and the shoe. Make sure the blade is secure before using it.
- Use the appropriate blade for the material to be cut.
- Use only blades in perfect working order. Discard and replace cracked or bent saw blades.
When sawing
- Using the power cord: Make sure that the power cord is kept away from the saw blade and that
you have an adequate power supply on hand so that operation is not restricted by the length of
the cord.
- Leave enough space under the workpiece to ensure that the blade does not contact the oor,
bench, etc.
• O - Never place the saw on a table or bench if it has not come to a complete stop. The saw blade
will continue to operate for a short time after the trigger has been released to stop the saw.
• Pipe cutting: Be careful when cutting hollow pipes and do not cut material where the blade can
enter the pipe when it is fully retracted, this can cause the knife to hit the inside of the pipe and
the user experiences unexpected reaction forces. .
2.4. HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION
- Do not attempt to remove the tool from work until the blade has come to a complete stop and
allow it to cool before touching it immediately after use.
- Use clamps to secure the workpiece where possible.
- Cut the blade materials - Do not cut the material less than twice the inclination of the saw blade.
At least two teeth must be in contact with work at all times.
- Beware of foreign objects - When cutting pre-used wood, make sure that all nails have been
removed beforehand. Fingernails will damage the saw blade.
Coolants: When cutting materials, always use a coolant, cutting / soluble oil.
- Do not try to cut small objects, including those that cannot be properly secured. Always hold
the saw with both hands.
