7.7 PARALLEL GUIDE - FIG. 9
If the material to be cut has a straight edge, the supplied parallel guide can be used to help
follow the straight edge.
- Pass the parallel guide through the points of the base.
- Tighten the parallel guide locking knob (7) to secure the guide rmly. Make a test cut on a
piece of scrap wood before making any cuts on the workpiece and adjust accordingly.
Note: When not in use, tighten bolt (7) to prevent it from coming loose and lost.
7.8 CUTTING LINE DUST EXTRACTION / DUST BLOWER - FIGS. 10 - 11
The dust extraction nozzle is placed by inserting the at end into the extraction outlet (11).
Make sure the tab snaps rmly into place.
Inhalation of dust particles can be harmful to health. When using the saw. It is recommended to
use a dust extraction installation, attached to the dust extraction outlet (1).
- When using the saw with connected extraction, the switch must be in the ON position, this
opens a channel, so that the air can be extracted from the blade area keeping visible the marked
cut lines.
DUST EXTRACTION
- If you must use the machine without extraction, place the switch in the OFF position, this
makes the air from the motor come out close to the cut line, performing the same function of
removing sawdust from any marked cut line.
