Guarantee conditions
PfG grants a 2 year guarantee from the date of sale on proven material and manufacturing faults. Prerequisite for our
guarantee is the presentation of the purchase receipt. Our guarantee will become null and void if the unit is misused,
electrically or mechanically damaged by inappropriate use and improper repair by non-authorised workshops. Repairs
are reserved for workshops authorised by PfG or by PfG itself. In the case of warranty claims, please return the defec-
tive unit or part freight paid to PfG together with a description of the fault and the purchase receipt. PfG reserves the
right to invoice repair costs. PfG is not liable for transport damage. Any damage must be claimed against the carrier.
Further claims of whatever type, especially consequential damage, are excluded. This guarantee does not affect the
final customer's claims against the dealer.

Utilisation conforme à la finalité
La série PondoClear 45007/UVC 7 - 7000/UVC 11, appelé "Appareil" dans la suite du texte, est un système de filtra-
tion de passage avec appareil de préclarification à UVC intégré pour la filtration bio-mécanique de l'eau normale
d'étangs, pour des températures comprises entre + 4°C et + 35°C, et est exclusivement prévue à des fins privées pour
le nettoyage des bassins de jardin avec ou sans poissons. Une pompe de filtration PondoVario 1500 ou 2500 ainsi
qu'un tuyau flexible de 3 m font également partie de la livraison.
Utilisation non conforme à la finalité
En cas d'utilisation non conforme à la finalité et de manipulation non appropriée de cet appareil, des risques pour les
personnes peuvent en résulter. Toute utilisation non conforme à la finalité entraîne l'annulation de notre responsabilité
ainsi que de l'autorisation d'exploitation générale.
