ASSEMBLY PEDALS
Please note that one pedal is equipped with a
right-handed thread (for the right-handed driving di-
rection) and the other pedal with a left-handed thread
(for the left-handed direction).
To assemble the pedals you will need the following
tools.
(The tools are not part of the scope of delivery.)
• 15 mm spanner
OPERATION QUICK-RELEASE
Depending on the model (LS-PRO), vehicles are equip-
ped with hub quick-releases for the front wheel and
rear wheel. Quick-releases allow fast and tool-free
opening and closing.
The quick-release mechanism is opened by rotating
the quick-release lever outwards.
The quick-release mechanism is closed by rotating
the quick-release lever inwards. Ensure that the
quick-release lever can only be moved into closed
position with resistance.

The pedals are labelled accordingly on the front face
of the threaded axle with an "R" and an "L".

If it is possible to completely close the lever without
resistance, open the lever and tighten the counter
nut or screw on the other side in clockwise rotation.
Close the quick-release lever again.

Screw the pedals with the aid of a 15 mm spanner to
the cranks (20 Nm) – to do so, turn the Allen key on
both sides in the direction of the front wheel.

Regularly check that the quick-release mechanism is
securely closed!
