Warranty Term

The agricultural equipment described in this manual is guaranteed by JF Máquinas Agrícolas
LTDA. for a period of 01 (one) year from the date of issuance of the sales tax bill to the first
owner / consumer of this product, confirmed by the Proof of Technical Delivery.
Any and all warranty service should be done through the local Authorized Dealer responsible
for the sale of the product, as well as filling in the warranty request form, indispensable for
the progress of this process.
In order to expedite and facilitate possible warranty service, it is essential to fill out the
Technical Delivery Certificate contained in this manual, which must be sent to the Post-Sales

This warranty will expire when:
1- The defect presented is caused by misuse and / or disagreement with the Operation
Manual;
2- The equipment is altered, tampered with or repaired by persons not authorized by the
manufacturer and / or due to the use of non-original parts;
3- The equipment is driven by tractors with power exceeding the maximum recommended
in the Operation Manual;
4- Defects are due to noncompliance with the Operation Manual or caused by agents of
nature or accidents.
Any warranty repair should be done directly at the local Authorized Dealer's office. When
the relocation of any Technician or Mechanic to the service on the property occurs, this is
the responsibility of the Owner of the equipment.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make modifications to its products without incurring
any obligation to apply them to the products previously manufactured.
