Warranty Term - JF 9000 S2 Manual Técnico De Operación

The Agricultural Equipment described in this manual is guaranteed by JF
Máquinas Agrícolas Ltda. for a period of 01 (one) year from the puchase bill
issue date to the first owner/consumer of this product, confirmed through the
Technical Delivery Voucher.
Any guaranty service must be done through the local Authorized Dealer,
which is responsible for the sale of the product as well as for the guaranty
order from filling in, essential for this process going.
Aiming to turn quicker and easier the occasional guaranty service, it is
essential to fill the Technical Delivery Voucher and Guaranty Control which is
in the inside cover of this Manual and send it to the Post Sale Department.

1- If the defect presented was caused by improper use and/or use in
disagreement with the Operational Manual;
2- If the equipment was modified, violated or repaired by non-authorized
people by the manufacturer and/or when non-genuine spare parts are
used;
3- If the equipment is driven by tractors with power above the maximum
recommended in this Operational Manual;
4- If the defects are caused by non-accordance with the Operational
Manual or by nature agents or accidents.
Any guaranty repair must be carried out directly in the local Authorized
Dealer workshop. When any Technician or Mechanic goes to the property
for a service, such service will be the equipment owner liability.
The manufacturer keeps itself the right to make changes in its products
without any obligation of applying them in the products previously
manufactured.
