Página 4 HBS x-touch 300 1 Einführung Ein Elektrochirurgiegerät ist ein Generator, der elektronische Energie in hochfrequenten Wechselstrom (HF-Strom) umwandelt. Fließt dieser Strom durch biologisches Gewebe, entsteht dort Wärme, die zum Schneiden und Koagulieren des Gewebes verwendet wird. Página 14 HBS x-touch 300 Inbetriebnahme des Geräts 6.1 Vor dem Arbeitseinsatz Vor Beginn eines Eingriffs wird das HBS x-touch 300 Elektrochirurgiegerät über das Versorgungskabel mit der Netzsteckdose mit Schutzleiter angeschlossen. Das Stromkabel darf nur dann angebracht oder entfernt werden, wenn sich das Gerät im ausgeschalteten Zustand befindet. Die Anschlussbuchse für das Stromkabel befindet sich auf der Rückseite des Gehäuses.
Página 15 HBS x-touch 300 6.3 Einstellungen des Fußschalters Nach Konnektierung des Fußschalters auf der Rückseite, muss der gewünschte Modus auf dem Touchscreen eingestellt werden. Zum Einstellen des Modus muss das Feld mit dem Symbol des Fußschalters berührt werden, darauf ändert sich der Text über dem Symbol. Es ist darauf zu achten, dass die Instrumente in den mit dem Fußschalter ausgewählten Buchsen angeschlossen sind.
Página 16 HBS x-touch 300 Anwendungshinweise für Einmal-Neutralelektroden Beachten Sie bei Einmal-Produkten stets das Haltbarkeitsdatum. Nutzen Sie die Elektroden nicht nach diesem Datum! Neutralelektroden, die für den einmaligen Gebrauch bestimmt sind, dürfen kein zweites Mal verwendet werden! Die Elektrode nicht auf Oberflächen mit starker Behaarung anbringen. Bei Bedarf ist der Bereich vor dem Anlegen zu rasieren.

Die Elektrode muss in der Nähe des Operationsbereichs, jedoch mit einem Mindestabstand direkt zum Operationsfeld von 20 cm angebracht werden. Über gut durchblutetem Gewebe ohne Vertiefungen oder Krümmungen der Haut anbringen, z.B. Oberarm oder Oberschenkel.
Página 18 HBS x-touch 300 6.6 Einstellung von Betriebsmodus und Leistung Betriebsmodus HBS x-touch 300 hat vier verschiedene Betriebsarten für monopolares Schneiden, drei für Koagulieren und drei Betriebsarten für bipolare Anwendungen (siehe dazu Kapitel 3.2 Übersicht der Symbole für Betriebsmodi und Einstellungen). Página 23 HBS x-touch 300 8 Schutzmaßnahmen und Warnungen Beachten Sie bitte zusätzlich die Hinweise zum Umgang mit der Neutralelektrode in Kapitel 6.5 sowie dem Zubehör beiliegende Gebrauchsanweisungen und Sicherheitsmaßnahmen! Vor jedem Eingriff sind Kabel, Zubehör (Handgriffe, Elektroden, Pinzetten) sowie Fußschalter auf sichtbare Unregelmäßigkeiten zu überprüfen.
Página 24 HBS x-touch 300 Es sollten ausschließlich nicht entflammbare Desinfektionsmittel verwendet werden. Sofern Lösungen auf Alkoholbasis benötigt werden, muss mit dem Eingriff abgewartet werden, bis sie vollständig verdampft sind. Es ist zu bedenken, dass Desinfektionsmittel unter dem Körper abfließt oder sich in Körperhöhlen sammelt. Ein Funke der Aktivelektrode kann die Flüssigkeit bei normalem Gebrauch entflammen.

Als Folge erhielten wir Lösungen, die für die geforderte Leistung entsprechend minimalen Emissionslevel besitzen. Messungen bestätigen ein hohes Niveau an elektromagnetischer Sicherheit bei HEBUmedical Elektrochirurgiegeräten.
Página 26 HBS x-touch 300 Systeminstandhaltungsarbeiten 10.1 Reinigung Das Elektrochirurgie-Gerät kann mit einem mit Standard-Desinfektionsmitteln befeuchtetem Tuch gereinigt und so auf einfachste Weise sauber gehalten werden. Das Eindringen von Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsflüssigkeiten in das Gerät ist zu vermeiden. 10.2 Sicherungen Die Sicherungsbuchsen sind auf der Rückseite des Gerätes angebracht. Das Gerät arbeitet mit zwei Sicherungen mit jeweils 6,3 A.
