test probes and pushrods on the electronic assembly. Here, it is particularly important to maintain
an adequate distance between the pushrods and the components on the circuit board.
IMPORTANT
R
ISK OF COMPONENT DAMAGE
If component positions vary significantly, pushrods may touch components or (partially) cover
them, thereby causing damage to the unit under test.
Ensure that there is enough clearance between the pushrods and the components!
If clearance is insufficient, use pushrods with a smaller diameter, or alternatively adjust/
remove the pushrods.
The test probes can cause deflection of the PCB and consequent damage. Increase the
number of pushrods (NHS) and PCB support pins (PAS).

Installation/removal of exchangeable kit
Before installing the exchangeable kit into the test fixture, ensure that both exchangeable parts
(probe plate unit and pressure frame unit) match both each other and the unit under test.
If the exchangeable kit is equipped with an internal interface, then the internal interface in the base
system must be fitted with the matching interface blocks in the correct position.
IMPORTANT
R
ISK OF DAMAGE TO THE INTERNAL INTERFACE
Interface blocks that do not match one another can damage each other's test probes.
Please check that the interface blocks in the internal interface of the exchangeable kit and
on the base system of the test fixture match one another.
1) Remove stacking screws
4) Insert pressure frame unit into the test
fixture from above

3) Open drive unit slightly
5) Push the safety slide to the left and push
the pressure frame unit into the locking
bar until it locks into place
