- The external flexible cord of this appliance cannot be replaced; if the cord is damaged, the
appliance must be replaced with a new one. Note: The fully charged Bongo M30 Series
Connected electric scooter has a battery life of 120-180 hours. The built-in smart chip will
keep track of your charges and discharges. Damage caused by prolonged non-charging
is irreversible and is not covered by warranty. Once damaged, the battery cannot be
recharged (disassembly by non-professionals is prohibited as it may cause electric shock,
short circuit or even serious health accidents).
5. TROUBLESHOOTING
If the electric scooter displays any of the following error codes, you should not attempt to
disassemble or repair the electric scooter yourself. Repairs carried out by unqualified persons
may result in injury or serious malfunctions. Please contact the place where you bought the
appliance or the official Cecotec Technical Support Service. The repair must be carried out by
an authorised technician and you must use only original spare parts.
