Possible cause
The voltage supply does not
match the specification on the
nameplate.
Polarity of the voltage supply is
wrong.
Mating connectors or the cable
have no electrical contact for
signal transmission.
The communication line is not
connected or is connected in-
correctly.
An internal device error has oc-
curred.
Remedy
Apply the admissible voltage.
