Diagnostic events
Malfunctions that the device detects using self-monitoring do not fulfill any safety function and are output
as diagnostic messages with IO-Link. The switching outputs modify their state to open. The measure-
ments are interrupted.

application side at this time. The measurements are continued and updated.
The device provides information about the status information according to NAMUR NE 107 and VDI/
VDE 2650.
