hogy ezek a szalagos csócsiszoló
gépek
mindenben megfelelnek

ványokban és irányelvekben foglalt követelmé-
nyeknek.

Rendeltetésszerú használat
A szalagos csócsiSzoló csövek
víz
felhasználása
nélküli fényesítésére, mattítására, struktúrálására,
polírozására és simítására
szolgá1.
A nem rendeltetésszerú használatból eredó
mindennemú kárért a
felelósség
kizárólag a
felhasználót terheli.
Feltétlenül tadsa be az általánosan elfogadott
balesetvédelmi szabályokat, valamint
a
mellékelt
biztonsági útmutatóban foglaltakat.
3.
Általánosbiztonsági
szabályok
alaposan kifúvassák a
gépet súrített levegóvel, a
hátsó szellózónyíláson át. Eközben a
gépet
biztonságosan kell tartani.
Ajánlotl telepített elszívóberendezést alkalmazni,
és hibaáram-védókapcsolót (Fl+elé) kapcsolni a
gép elé.
Ha a
Fl-védókapcsoló lekapcsolja
a
gépet,
akkor el
kell
végezni
a
gép ellenórzését és
tisztítását. A motor tisztítását lásd
a 9.
T¡sztítás
c.
fejezetben.
Egyes anyagok, mint
pl.
ólomtartalmú festékek,
egyes fafajták, ásványok és
fémek pora
egészségkárosító lehet. Ezen porok érintése vagy
belégzése allergikus reakciókat válthat
ki,
és/vagy a
felhasználó vagy a közelben tartózkodó személyek
légúti megbetegedéseit okozhatja.
Bizonyos porok, mint
pl. a tölgy vagy a
bükk pora
rákkeltónek minósü1, különösen
a
faanyagok
kezelésére szolgáló adalékanyagokkal
(kromátokkal, fakonzerváló szerekkel) együtt.

8.2
Setting belt
speed
The belt speed can be preset via the setting wheel
(2)and
is
infinitely variable.
Positions 1-6 correspond approximately to the
following
belt speeds:

Sanding belt replacement
See illustration on page
3.

Release the tensioner arm (5) and remove the
sanding belt (6).
-
Place the new sanding belt on the rollers such that
its direction of circulation (arrows
on
the inside of
the sanding belt) matches the arrow (7)
on
the
gearbox.
Release the
tensioner arm (5).
Ensure that the sanding belt
is completely on
the
rollers.
8.4
Sanding procedure
Place the machine on the material such that the
sanding belt is
parallel to the sudace
of the
workpiece.
When working, please ensure that the machine
is
operated at r¡ght angles to the pipe so that the belt
does not fall off the rollers.
Using the
additional handle,
the belt can be
pressed
against fhe pipe and
at
same
t¡me
placed around
it.
The angle of contact and the cutt¡ng output may be
changed
by
the contact pressure.
Keep the machine
in
constant motion because
otheruise recesses could be produced
in the
mater¡al.
9.
Cleaning,Maintenance
Motor cleaning:
blow compressed air through the
rear ventilation slots of the machine regularly,
frequently and thoroughly. Here, the machine must
be held firmly.

Troubleshoot¡ng
