The grill area and the housing must be regularly and thoroughly cleaned with a slightly
damp cloth. Do not spray cleaners in or on the device. Detergent should be applied to the
appliance using a cloth. Do not clean with a large amount of water to avoid accidental flow
of water into the conductive body.

Attention: Residues may ignite, so clean thoroughly.
•
Note: The removable parts are made of high quality stainless steel and are suitable for
cleaning in the dishwasher.
The equipment has 3 protective functions.
1. Over-current protection:
Current fuse: 250V16A, current over 16A, fuse protection. Installation position can be re-
moved and replaced by a cross screwdriver behind the oven.
2. Over temperature protection:
Temperature Controller: Normally closed, device floor temperature more than 120 °C, power
failure protection.
3. Circuit protection:
The display shows the following faults:
•
E1: fan failure, fan shutdown or fan current abnormal increase.
•
E2: NTC failure, NTC damage.
•
E3: Heater failure, slow heating failure or low voltage failure, indicating that the heating
process can't be completed within 10 minutes to achieve the set cooking temperature, the
heating process stops.

In compliance with Directives: 2012/19/EU and 2015/863/EU on the restriction of the use of dangerous
substances in electric and electronic equipment as well as their waste disposal. The symbol with the
crossed dustbin shown on the package indicates that the product at the end of its service life shall be
collected as separate waste. Therefore, any products that have reached the end of their useful life must
be given to waste disposal centres specialising in separate collection of waste electrical and electronic
equipment, or given back to the retailer at the time of purchasing new similar equipment, on a one for one
basis. The adequate separate collection for the subsequent start-up of the equipment sent to be recycled,
treated and disposed of in an environmentally compatible way contributes to preventing possible nega-
tive effects on the environment and health and optimises the recycling and reuse of components making
up the apparatus. Abusive disposal of the product by the user involves application of the administrative
sanctions according to the laws.
