e Charge for at least 3 hours when using
this for the first time, or after 3 months
have passed without use.
e Turn the POWER OFF when inserting
or recharging the battery.

70 minutes of use.
Caution:
e Avoid charging the battery for more
than 8 hours at a time.
e Use only the supplied AC adaptor for
charging.
e Remove the battery when not in use.
e Charge in temperatures between 5 and
35°C for best performance.
e Turn the POWER OFF when notin use
to conserve the battery. Even when the
unit is stopped, it uses electricity when
the POWER is ON.
Time to recharge
When
the BATTERY
indicator in the
display flickers, the battery
needs
recharging.
If use is continued, the
BATTERY indicator eventually goes out
and the unit stops. If this happens, turn
the POWER OFF and remove the battery
to avoid its further deterioration.
On the battery
e The supplied rechargeable battery can
be recharged approximately 300 times.
When battery life becomes very short,
even soon after recharging, it is worn
out and must be replaced. New PB-25
batteries are available as an option.
e Recharge the battery soon after itneeds
recharging. If left uncharged for along
period of time, itwill gradually discharge
further, and require a longer charging
time.
e Turn
the
POWER
OFF
when
connecting.
e Unplug the AC adaptor from the wall
outlet when not using it for along period
of time.
Up to 2.5 hours of recording (or 3 hours of
playback) is possible when an optional
AIWA PB-S26 rechargeable battery is
used together with the supplied battery.
When attaching the battery

Tiempo de recarga

recargarse.
Si continua
utilizandola, el indicador BATTERY se
apagara y la unidad se parara. Cuando
suceda esto, ponga POWER en OFF y
extraiga la bateria para evitar que se
deteriore.
Notas sobre la bateria
e Labateriasuministradapodra
cargarse
unas 300 veces.
Cuando ia bateria
dure muy poco, inclusoinmediatamente
después de haberla cargado, se habra
gastado y tendra que reemplazarla.
Adquiera una baterfa PB-25 nueva
opcional.
e Recargue la bateria tan pronto como
