Strap and Rear Wheel Replacement
Tools required: 4mm hex wrench, 5mm hex wrench, 13mm wrench, 10mm wrench,
Phillips screwdriver.
1.Using a 4mm hex wrench,
remove the 4 bolts from the rear
axle cover on both sides of the
scooter. (Only for the scooter
with covers.)
4.Note the location of all rear
wheel equipment and be sure
to reinstall all items correctly.
2. Loosen the caliper nut of the
brake cable with a 10mm
wrench.
5.If replacing the belt, remove
the engine bolts with a 5mm
hex wrench. Slide the engine
slightly out of the frame so
there is enough space to
remove / replace the belt in the
motorcycle gear. Replace the
spacers and re-tighten the feet.

3.Remove the brake arm with
a Phillips screwdriver and
8mm wrench. Using two
13mm wrenches loosen the
rear axle wheel nuts and
adjusting washers and slide
the strap out of the rear wheel
pulley. Pull the wheel toward
the rear of the frame.
6.Install the spare wheel into
the frame and slide the belt
back onto the pulley. Do not
tighten the axle nuts yet.
Install lever braking
equipment, do not adjust yet.
