1. Remove the trim.
2. Reinforce lightly with a ring spanner.
3. Place the trim back on.
Once a month, apply oil in the interior part of the pedals.

After lubricating some of the moving parts, run the exercise bike normally for at least half

You can clean the rest of parts with a slightly damp cloth

Storage
Carefully remove the folding bolt.

Bring the stabilisers closer together.

Re-insert the folding bolt.

Store the machine in a dry and safe place.

Carrying
Remove the folding bolt as shown in Figure 2 to fold the exercise bike.

Once in folded position as shown in Figure 12, reinsert the folding bolt.
