Unscrew and remove the suction and pressure valve ( Fig. 24 ,

Loosen and remove the pump head screws
3.
Remove pump head
4.
Unscrew and remove the diaphragm
5.
Remove the intermediate plate
6.
Remove the protective diaphragm
7.
Fit the new protective diaphragm in the correct position.
8.
Place the intermediate plate so that the diaphragm rupture outlet
downward.
9.
Screw in the new diaphragm and tighten by hand.
10. Fit the pump head (pay attention to direction of flow!).
11. Tighten the pump head screws by hand and tighten with a torque wrench.
12. Suction and pressure valve correctly (
correctly' on page 62 ) and tighten with a torque wrench.
Prior to start-up and after 24 hours of operation, tighten the pump head screws
diagonally.
NOTICE!
Always comply with the specifications given under
tightness and intactness of the thread. The tightening torques of the pump
head screws are also specified on the pump head.
