6.5 Program termination: Removing sintering trays

Once the holding time has run out, the heater turns off
automatically, and the cooling phase begins.

During the cooling process, the current temperature is
shown on the display.

The program is terminated as soon as the temperature
has fallen to 200°C. The green program key LED turns
off, and "rel1" indicates that the lifting table has been
unlocked. The end of the program run is additionally
indicated by an acoustic signal.

The fan is turned off automatically once the tempera-
ture has fallen to approximately 80°C.

Lower the lifting table all the way and remove the sin-
tering trays (only Cercon

To start a new program, proceed with step #1 under
Program selection and program start.

If you are done the sintering, turn off the Cercon
plus P8 by turning the power switch to OFF.
The unit does not require any maintenance, but may have
to be cleaned depending on the circumstances. Only the
outer walls of the housing and the external surfaces of
the lifting table need to be cleaned.
Use regular commercially available water-based, non-
fl ammable detergents containing no solvents. When se-
lecting a detergent, make sure that it does not damage the
environmentally safe varnish with which the housing has
been painted. Follow the instructions and safety notes of
the detergent manufacturer.
