OPERATION
Before first use
•
Before using the device for the first time, run it for 10 minutes without food.
This is to remove the smell. A small amount of smoke may also be noticed,
which is normal. Ventilate the room during this time.
•
Allow the grill plate to cool down and clean it (see chapter Cleaning & Care).
Grilling on the griddle
1.
Place the pizza oven on a stable and level surface. Make sure that the surface
is heat and splash-proof.
2.
Insert the plug into the mains socket. The red display will flash. Allow the pizza
oven to preheat for 10 minutes.
3.
Lightly grease the griddle with butter.
4.
Cut the meat into small pieces to reduce the preparation time.
5.
Season the food.
6.
The preparation time depends on the type and thickness of the food. For a
good result, we recommend turning the grilled food several times during
grilling.
7.
During use, the heating indicator will flash on and off, and the thermostat
controls the temperature throughout the table.
Note: Never use hard or sharp objects on the non-stick baking surface. The
surface can be easily damaged by scratching.
Preparing pizza
1.
Place the pizza oven on a stable and level surface. Make sure that the surface
is heat and splash-proof.
2.
Plug the power plug into the mains socket. The red display will flash. Allow the
pizza oven to preheat for 10 minutes.
3.
Slide the pizza into the pizza oven on the spatula. Leave the pizza on the
spatula so you can easily remove it from the oven.
4.
Bake the pizza for 5 to 7 minutes. Put the pizza on the plate. Please note that
the spatula is very hot.
5.
During use, the heating indicator will flash on and off, and the thermostat
controls the temperature throughout the table.
