SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Risk of injury!
1. Keep hands away from rotating parts. During use, do not stretch your hand between the rollers and do not insert any object
between the rollers.
2. Do not use the appliance without user supervision to avoid injury.
3. The accessory must be fully assembled before use. The accessory must only be used in the intended operating position. Before
connecting or removing the accessory, wait until the appliance has come to a complete stop and pull out the power plug.
4. Stop to operate the appliance in case any parts are broken to avoid injury.
5. Do not wear loose ties, scarves, ornaments or clothes, tie or tie long hair to avoid any chance of injury from involvement in the
product.
6. Do not wash the accessories in the dishwasher.
7. Do not put the product in disinfection containers.
8. The accessory is only suitable for dough, do not apply to others to avoid injury.
9. Do not insert the power plug before completing the preparation of the appliance.
Warning!
1. Check that there are no foreign objects in the housing or rollers.
2. Never put pressure on accessories during assembly or use! The main body could be damaged.

1. In order to protect children or frail persons from the dangers of electrical equipment, ensure that this device is used only
under supervision. This device is not a toy. Do not allow small children to play with it.
2. Clean the operating table before putting the device into operation.
3. In the event of a blockage or abnormal operation, disconnect the power supply, then clean the dough before continuing to use
it.
4. Clean the parts in contact with the mix after use to avoid corrosion of residues and the emission of particular odors (see
paragraph (CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE).
BEFORE FIRST USE
Before the new accessory can be used, it must be unpacked, cleaned and fully inspected.
Warning! Never use a damaged accessory!
Remove all accessories from the box and dispose of all packing materials.
1. Verify that all parts are present and examine them for obvious damage.
2. Thoroughly clean and dry all parts before first use.
SYMBOLS AND LABELS
The numbers 1 (thin) to 8 (thick) marked on the adjustment knob indicate the thickness of the dough.
The number next to the arrow shows the current setting.
PREPARATION
Before using the accessory, prepare the pasta you want with the food processor and allow it to rest if necessary.
Divide the dough into pieces of equal size and roll it out into strips.
DOUGH THICKNESS SELECTION
The accessory for sheets of dough has an adjustment knob that can be used to adjust the distance between the rollers, i.e. the
thickness of the dough in 8 positions.
1. Pull the control knob out of the attachment and turn to the desired thickness (8-1).
2. Always start with thickness 8 and move on to the finer thicknesses step by step.
3. Release the control knob again.
WARNING!
Always start with setting 8, only reducing the thickness in single passes and passing the dough again.
