B) MAKE WIDE NOODLES / FINE NOODLES
To make tagliatelle from pasta sheets, proceed as follows:
1. Cut the pasta sheets to the desired length.
2. Mount the accessory for tagliatelle or tagliolini.
3. Pass the sheets of dough once through the rollers.
Note: the pasta can then be cooked immediately or left to dry for storage.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Risk of electric shock!
Unplug the appliance before cleaning it.
Important information
● The appliance requires no maintenance.
● Thorough cleaning protects the appliance from damage and keeps it functional.
● Clean all parts immediately after use. This will prevent residues from drying on and possibly attacking the plastic (e.g. essential
oils in herbs).
● After washing and drying store the appliance with its accessories in a dry, safe place out of the reach of children.
Cleaning the main house
Risk of electric shock!
Never immerse the main house in water or place under running water. Do not use a steam cleaner.
Caution!
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents.
● Remove mains plug.
● Wipe the base appliance with a damp cloth. If required, use a little detergent. Do not use scouring pads, steel wool or any
form of strong solvents or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the appliance, as they may damage the outside surfaces of the
appliance.
● Then dry the main house.
Cleaning the mix bowl and tools
● Disassemble and clean all the accessories separately. Accessories can be washed in warm soapy water or in the dishwasher.
Make sure the accessory parts are not fixed firmly in the dishwasher as this may change their shape.
Cleaning the pasta accessories (optional not included in the package)
The accessories used must be thoroughly cleaned after each use.
• Clean the pasta accessories with a dry cloth and a brush.
• In case of stubborn dirt, use a damp cloth and dry.
Warning!
• Do not use alcohol-containing cleaners.
• Do not use sharp, pointed or metallic objects.
• Do not use abrasive cloths or detergents.
• Never clean the pasta accessories under running water or put them in the dishwasher.

1. Once the job is finished, turn the rotary knob to "0". Wait for
the appliance to stop. Disconnect the power plug.
2. Rotate the attachment clockwise until it disengages.
3. Remove the accessory.
Note:
1. If necessary, continue to work using the accessory for
tagliatelle or tagliolini.
2. If you are making lasagna sheets, cut the dough into pieces of
the desired size and use immediately or let the pieces dry.
3. The sheets of pasta can be further processed to make ravioli
and many other first courses
