1. Place the appliance on a flat surface, eg. a kitchen counter
and make sure it is secure.
2. Remove the protective cover from the accessory socket.
Insert the accessory for sheets of dough into the accessory
socket, so that the arrow is aligned with the circle. Rotate it
counterclockwise, so that the arrow is aligned with the position
indicator.
Warning!
It should not be possible to rotate the accessory further.
1. Pull out the adjustment knob.
2. Turn the knob to thickness n. 8 and let it snap back into place.
3. Connect the device to the power supply.
4. Turn the speed adjustment knob to the desired setting and
the appliance will turn on. The speed can be changed at any
time while the appliance is running
1. Insert the dough into the roller of the accessory from above,
passing all the pieces through the rollers once.
Note: If the dough sticks to the rollers, allow it to dry for about
15-30 minutes.
You can then continue to knead the dough.
2. Now gradually reduce the thickness from position 8.
3. After each new setting, pass the dough through the rollers
until you reach the desired thickness.
