5-POINT HARNESS
REMOVAL AND ACCESSORY STORAGE

1.
Refer to the HARNESS HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT paragraph to remove
the 5-point harness.
2.
From the front of the child restraint, pull out shoulder straps
through the slots. Pull both the shoulder pads and the straps
forward through the slots (on the front side of the child restraint).
3.
Remove the shoulder pads from the shoulder straps and put them
in the storage bag.
4.
Roll the shoulder straps separately on both sides and place them
in the slots of the fabric cover. Grasp the metal plate from underneath, turn it into a vertical position. Push upwards, and slide the
metal plate through the slot.
5.
Remove the harness buckle with the crotch pad and store it in the storage bag.
SEAT COVER REMOVAL
1.
Set headrest in the highest position.
2.
Remove the 5-point harness.
3.
Remove the cover from the backrest and base.
4.
First, remove the cover from the base of the headrest, then remove the cover from the headrest.
To reattach the cover, reverse the above steps.
CAUTION: NEVER use a child restraint without a properly installed buckle.
CAUTION: Check that the harness straps are not twisted and that they are correctly inserted into the slots of the cover's straps.
INSTALLATION WITH VEHICLE SEAT BELTS OR ISOFIX
WARNING: If the child is not secured properly, the child could be ejected in a sudden stop or crash, resulting in serious injury or death.
WARNING: If in doubt about the installation, consult either the child restraint manufacturer or the retailer.
REAR-FACING INSTALLATION
It is recommended that children ride in a rear-facing child restraint until they are at least 2 years old. An infant's head, neck, and spine
are not supported as well in a forward-facing position.
GROUP 0+ (0-13 KG) WITH VEHICLE SEAT BELT
NOTE: When your child's weight exceeds 8 kg, remove the triangle pad and
sleeping pad.
1.
Place child restraint rear-facing in a compatible vehicle seat.
2.
Select a rear-facing recline position 4 (blue).
3.
Pull the vehicle seatbelt and pass the lap belt section through the belt
guidance 1 and under the sleeping cushion.
4.
Pass the shoulder seat belt section through the blue guidance on the
back of the seat.
5.
Fasten the vehicle seat belt. You will hear an audible CLICK! Pull the seat
belt tight to make sure it is not twisted.
NOTE: For children of this size, the child seat must only be installed in the
rearward facing position and at a maximum angle of inclination (lying level). To make sure that the car seat has been installed correctly,
please shake it before use.
DO NOT twist the belt! Ensure that the buckle tongues are properly locked into the vehicle seat buckle - you will hear an audible CLICK!
NOTE: Test by pulling on the child restraint and shoulder belt to ensure it is locked.
GROUP 0+ (0-13 KG) WITH ISOFIX CONNECTOR
NOTE: When your child's weight exceeds 8 kg, remove the triangle pad and sleeping pad. Please refer to TRIANGLE PAD AND SLEEPING
PAD REMOVAL paragraph.
1.
Place child restraint rear-facing in a compatible vehicle seat.
2.
Select a rear-facing recline position 4 (blue).
3.
Press the ISOFIX button to pull out the two ISOFIX locking arms from the base bottom.
You will hear an audible CLICK!
means ISOFIX attachments are unlocked.
NOTE: The ISOFIX attachment points are located between the surface and the backrest of
the vehicle seat.
4.
Align ISOFIX attachments to the metal anchorages at the bottom of the car seat's
backrest and push it until it clicks.
the ISOFIX locking arms turn into green safety colour.
CAUTION: After the ISOFIX installation check if the child restraint is securely fitted. If the
child restraint is not stable and is shaking, reinstall.
5.
To use the top tether, remove it by loosening the strap and unclipping it from the
storage anchor.
NOTE: Some vehicles have a third ISOFIX attachment point for a top tether, behind the
rear seat to stop the child restraint tipping forward in an accident. Check whether you car
is equipped with it.
6.
To extend the top tether, press the top tether adjuster button and pull to lengthen the strap.
7.
Hang the latch behind the rear seat on the attachment point. There are 3 possible
options on how to fix the latch. Refer to the illustration below.
8.
Ensure the top tether clip is tightened up.
NOTE: For the safety of your child, the top tether must be tightened up during driving.
NOTE: For children of this size, the child seat must only be installed in the rearward facing
position and at a maximum angle of inclination (lying level). To make sure that the car seat
has been installed correctly, please shake it before use.
NOTE: Test by pulling on the child restraint to ensure it is locked.
FORWARD-FACING INSTALLATION
Children from 9 to 36 kg (groups 0+, I, II, III) can ride in forward-facing direction.
