1. Handle
This handle contains the trigger switch. Pulling this
handle down lowers the wheel into the workpiece.
2. Trigger Switch
To energize the unit.
3. Upper Guard
For operators protection, covers upper portion of the
wheel.
4. Lower Wheel Guard
For operators protection, should always be lowered in
place and working properly during cutting operation.
5. Spindle Lock
Used to keep wheel from rotating during wheel
removal or installation.
6. Abrasive Wheel
Use only 14" (355 mm) diameter blades with 1" (25.4
mm) diameter arbor holes.
7. Spark Deflector
Deflects sparks away from surrounding persons and
materials.
8. Quick Release Lever
Used to quickly release or engage the vise clamp.

Used to tighten or loosen the vise clamp.

For mounting saw to a workbench.
11. Hex Wrench and Storage Area
For vise adjustment, removing or installing wheels,
and depth stop adjustment. The wrench can be stored
in a convenient storage area in the base of your tool.
12. Base
Provides stability and workpiece support.
13. Vise Clamp
Used to hold workpiece securely to the vise stop.
14. Adjustable Vise Stop
Swivels 0º to 45º for angle cuts.
15. Adjustable Depth Stop
For setting wheel to desired depths of cut.
16. Head Assembly Lock Pin
Used to lock head assembly in lower position for
transporting.
17. Carrying Handle
Used for transporting the saw.
