2. For an SC1000 Controller, do the steps that follow:
a. Select the Main Menu button from the pop-up toolbar.
b. Select SENSOR SETUP > DIAG/TEST.
c. Select GATEWAY INFO.
3. For an SC4500 Controller, do the steps that follow:
a. Select the main menu icon, then select Devices.
b. Select the sensor and select Device menu > Diagnostics/Test.
c. Select Gateway information.

4.2 Error list
When an error occurs, the reading on the measurement screen flashes and all outputs are held when
specified in the controller menu.
For the SC200 Controller, an exclamation mark shows on the screen. Push the enter key, then
select the instrument. The errors, warnings and reminders for the instrument show on the display.
For the SC1000 Controller, a message window opens. Select CANCEL to save the message to the
message list (or select ENTER to delete the message). To show the message list, select SENSOR
DIAGNOSTIC > MESSAGE LIST.
For the SC4500 Controller, the screen changes to red. The diagnostics bar shows the error. Push on
the diagnostic bar to show the errors, warnings and reminders.
Description
