Failure to comply with the above clauses may adversely affect the safe operation of the chlorinator.
However, other underlying factors may also affect the treatment efficiency of the chlorinator. Such
as issues with water quality (water starting to turn green), please follow the steps below to help with
troubleshooting.
Check that the electrical socket is still plugged in
Check that the power is still on and if the residual current device has not tripped (or the upstream
circuit breaker). If in doubt, call a professional.
Check water parameters and salt levels and stabilizer rate, pH, and possibly TH and TAC are correct.
Check that the water flow rate is between 2m3/h and 10m3/h.

To obtain optimal treatment, we recommend selecting the appropriate mode for the temperature of
your water, and to use the two BOOST modes in case of high temperatures and intensive use (see
section on selecting operating modes). Depending on the usage and conditions of your pool (volume,
exposure to plant material, sunlight, etc.), it may be necessary switch to a higher or lower mode. These
are preset modes and will restart daily at their selected time.
If you divide your daily filtration time into several sequences, make sure that the
sequence running at the same time as the treatment is long enough to cover the entire
treatment time.
