AT THE END OF COOKING
Once the remaining time is counted down, the appliance will emit a few consecutive
sounds and stop cooking; the internal fan remains in rotation for a further 20 seconds
considerably, taking care not to come into contact with hot or incandescent surfaces,
whether outside or inside the cooking compartment.
TIPS FOR OPTIMAL USE
Although best performance is achieved by perfecting your technique through
experience, a few tricks can make it easier to use the appliance right from the start.
Always keep in mind that:
The ideal cooking time is always affected by the amount of food placed in the drawer:
in the case of large quantities, it is always a good idea to extend the cooking time by a
few minutes and vice versa
In the case of portioned food (meatballs, chunks, etc.), the cooking time should be
slightly shorter than for the same volume of food in a single piece.
Opening the door has a significant impact on the internal temperature, slowing down
or interrupting the cooking process and wasting a lot of energy.
When preparing chips, a small amount of oil (approx. ½ tablespoon) can be used to
improve cooking, spreading it over the surface with a food spray before putting them
the appliance or brushing it on with a food brush. Check in any case that they have not
been pre-treated in production with the application of greasy or oily seasoning.
The ideal quantity of chips in a single batch is 500 grams.
Avoid cooking extremely fatty foods such as sausages or particularly greasy coarse-
textured sausages.
