4 Transport, packaging and storage
4.1 Safety instructions for transport
Unauthorised transport:

Upon receipt, immediately check if the order is complete and check for any transport damage. Please
compare the delivered products with the enclosed delivery note.
What to do if you identify external transport damage:
• Do not accept the delivery, or only accept it under reservation.
• Make a note of the extent of the damage on the transport documents or on the shipping company's
delivery note and take photographs for evidence.
• Initiate a complaint.

NOTE!
Damage due to be transported improperly:
A significant degree of material damage can be caused if transported
improperly.
• Proceed carefully when unloading packages during delivery and internal
transport, and observe the symbols on the packaging.
• Only use the intended anchor points.
• Only remove the packaging shortly before assembly.
• Only transport the heat exchanger using suitable aids and tools
Complain about any defect as soon as it has been identified. Claims for
damages may only be made within the applicable complaints period.
