service water)
Pressure increase in one of the
two circuits due to them being
connected.

Cause
Boiler thermostat not sensitive
enough. Primary temperature not
consistent.
Seals worn out or plates corroded
and/or perforated.
Remedy
Ensure that there is constant
circulation in the boiler.
Replace seals and/or plates.
