be requested in all cases: UPS model, serial number, date of purchase and type of equipment powered by
the UPS. Additionally, please include a detailed description of the issue, including the screen status, alarm
status, installation and environmental conditions.
This information can be found on the invoice or on the nameplate on the back of the unit.

This logo signifies that this product complies with EMC and LVD standards (regarding
regulations on electrical voltages and electromagnetic fields) and with RoHS directives.
This product is intended for commercial and industrial applications within the second environmental and
installation restrictions, where additional measures may be necessary to prevent disturbances.
Important
UPS units fall under the category of electrical and electronic equipment. At the end of their
useful life, they must be selectively sorted for appropriate recycling.
This symbol is also found on the batteries supplied with this device, indicating that they too
must be sorted/recycled at the end of their life.
Contact your local recycling and hazardous waste recycling center for more information on the proper
disposal of used batteries.
