4. Troubleshooting
Use the table below when the UPS is not working properly.
Symptom
No indication or alarm even though
mains power is normal.
The icon
and the warning code
flash on LCD display and alarm is
sounding every 2 seconds.

Error code 27 appears on the LCD
display and alarm sounds continuously.
Error code 28 appears on the LCD

Error code 43 is displayed and the
icon lights up on the LCD display. The
alarm sounds continuously.
Error code 14 appears on the LCD

41 and 45 appear on the LCD display,
and the alarm sounds continuously.
Battery backup time is shorter than
normal.

Input AC power supply not
