TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The fryer, referred to from now on as "the ap-
pliance", is designed and manufactured for
frying foods within the professional catering
sector (for example: in restaurants' kitchens,
canteens, hospitals, and in business activi-
ties such as bakeries, butcher's shops, etc...);
it must not be used for mass production of
foods and must be used by qualifi ed and
trained personnel.

Frying well: in stainless steel.
