Turning off the appliance
Press and hold key (B) for about 6 seconds to

stop the cooking cycle and switch off the ap-
pliance. The mains light (P) goes on.
Disconnect the appliance from the mains

power supply using the automatic switch-dis-
connector.
STARTING AND STOPPING THE COOKING CYCLE
To start and stop the appliance, proceed as fol-
lows.
Starting the cycle
Switch on the appliance (see page 19).

Press key (B) and then key (E) to enable the

oil melting stage. When the melting tem-
perature is reached, the beeper sounds.
Press key (E) to disable the melting tempera-

ture stage. The temperature is maintained at
90°C until cooking starts.
Press key (C) to enable the temperature input

mode.
Press keys (F-G) to set the cooking tempera-
5)
ture. The data set on the control panel are re-
tained in the memory until the power supply
is turned off .
Press key (E) to stop the temperature melting

stage.
Press key (B) to start the cooking cycle. The

indicator lights (P-Q) fl ash while the oil is
heating to the set temperature, and then re-
main steady on.
To display the temperature set during cook-

ing, press key (C).

Stopping the cycle
Press key (B) to stop the cooking cycle.

IMPORTANT: If the power supply is
cut off for less than 20-40 seconds, the cook-
ing cycle restarts automatically.
If the power failure lasts longer than 40 sec-
onds, press key (B) to restart the cooking cy-
cle.
