- Select options, if necessary
- Press the buttons to select the desired option; the indicator light of the corresponding
option will turn on.
- Press the button(s) again to cancel the option, the indicator light of the corresponding
option will go out.
- If the selected option is incompatible with the configured programme, the incompatibility
will be signalled by a beep of the buzzer and the indicator light of the corresponding option
will flash.
- If the selected option is incompatible with a previously configured option, only the most
recent selection shall remain active.
5. Add detergent
- Remove the detergent dispenser and add detergent and fabric softener (if applicable) into
the corresponding compartments as described in figure 17.
- Compartment 1: detergent powder
- Compartment 2: liquid detergent (must not exceed the level marked MAX).
- Compartment 3: additives such as softener (must not exceed the level marked MAX).
- Observe the dosage recommendations of the detergent/softener manufacturer.
- The correct dosage of detergent/softener is important because:
- Optimises the cleaning result.
- Avoid excess detergent residues in your laundry, which can cause skin irritations.
- Saves money by avoiding waste of leftover detergent.
- Protects the washing machine preventing calcification of the components.
- It respects the environment by avoiding unnecessary environmental burdens.
- Do not use detergents for hand washing as they create too much foam!
- Use powder detergent for cotton whites, for pre-washing and for washing at a temperature
over 60ºC.
- When using agglomerated, ropy detergent or additives, before they are poured into the
detergent box, it is suggested to use some water for dilution to prevent the inlet of detergent
box from being blocked and overflowing while filling water.
6. Delayed end
If desired, use this function to end a programme at the programmed time.
7. Start-up programme
- Press the "START/PAUSE" button . The corresponding indicator light will illuminate, the
door will lock, and the DOOR LOCK indicator light will illuminate.
- To avoid water spillage, do not open the detergent dispenser during a running programme.
