6. TROUBLESHOOTING
PCB fault codes and solutions
- When a fault occurs on the PCB, the timer display on the screen always shows the
fault code, and all cooking zones that are heating stop heating, and automatically
return to the off state after 1 minute. For cooking zones that have been in operation,
the corresponding display continues to show the high temperature warning symbol
. When the fault code appears, refer to the following table for troubleshooting.
- Do not try to repair the appliance by yourself.
- Please note that if a technician is called out while the product is under warranty and
it is
discovered that the problem is not due to a fault with the appliance, you may be liable
for
the cost.
- The appliance must be accessible so that the technician can carry out the necessary
repairs. If your appliance is installed in such a way that the technician fears damage to
the appliance or your kitchen, he will not carry out the repair.
