REDUCE NOISE
Note! Before operating the unit, check and follow local regulations regarding noise level
and hours of operation.
Avoid using the units when there is a possibility of disturbing people, such as late at night or early in the
morning.
Operate the unit at the lowest possible throttle setting to get the job done.
Make sure the muffler works well.
Also check the air inlets and air filter to make sure the unit is working properly.
Use only one unit of equipment at a time.
Wear hearing protection when operating the unit.
REDUCE THE RISKS OF DAMAGE
Do not use the unit on days with high winds or rainy to avoid spreading chemicals.
Before starting work, check the wind direction.
Avoid spraying in the direction of open doors or windows, cars, pets, children, or anything that could be
harmed by the chemical.
Spraying should be done on the side protected from the wind.
Choose the morning or evening when there is not as much wind and the earth temperature is
maintained, to minimize dispersion losses and increase the adhesion effect of the chemical and for less
hazardous operation.
PHYSICAL CONDITIONS
Attention! Avoid direct contact with or ingestion of the chemicals you use.
Refer to the label of the chemicals you use for additional warnings and precautions and also the
unit if you experience motion sickness or excessive fatigue during operation. Seek medical
attention if the condition persists.
Your judgment and/or expertise may be impaired if you are ill, taking medication, and/or have ingested
alcohol or other substances that normally affect your normal behavior.
You must be in good condition, both physically and mentally, to operate this unit.
HOT AND HUMID WEATHER
Heavy protective clothing can increase operator fatigue, which can lead to heat stroke. Stop heavy lifting
until the temperature drops.
OPERATION
Do not start the engine indoors or where there is poor ventilation. Engine fumes contain carbon monoxide
which is highly toxic.
