LOSS OF WARRANTY RIGHTS
• The occurrence of any of the facts mentioned below will determine the automatic cancellation and loss
of the warranty:
• Use of the equipment in disagreement with the technical recommendations of the Instruction Manual
such as: abuse, negligence, work overload or accidents.
• Imperfect or incorrect preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Preventive/corrective maintenance done by unauthorized persons.
• Use of parts and components not supplied by Brudden.
• Defects caused by lack of periodic cleaning.
• Alteration of the equipment or any feature of the original design.
• Use of unspecified electrical voltage.
• Loss of purchase invoice;
ITEMS NOT INCLUDED IN THE WARRANTY
Parts that show wear or fatigue due to normal use, EXCEPT IF THEY ARE THE CONSEQUENCES OF
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS OR RAW MATERIALS.
Parts considered to be of Normal Maintenance such as: rubber components, cutting accessories, etc.
Cleaning and basic maintenance of the equipment.
Defects resulting from accidents;
Damage of a personal or material nature to the user, owner or third parties.
Displacement and mobilization of people and vehicles.
Displacement and freight of equipment, parts, and components.
GENERAL
Parts replaced under warranty will be the property of Brudden.
The Warranty for replaced parts and components is extinguished with the Warranty period of the Equipment.
EVEN WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD, IT IS THE OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO TAKE THE
EQUIPMENT WITH ALL ITS ACCESSORIES TO THE AUTHORIZED SERVICE OF THEIR CHOICE IN
CASE THEY NEED ANY TYPE OF REPAIR.
Eventual delays in the execution of services do not confer the RIGHT TO THE OWNER TO INDEMNITY OR
EXTENSION OF WARRANTY.
Only Brudden has the right to make modifications or stop the manufacture of the equipment.
