Periods longer than 30 days
Attention! Do not store your unit for an extended period, 30 days or more, without performing
protective storage maintenance, which includes the following:
01 - Clean the inside of the chemical tank and spray hose.
02 - Empty the fuel tank completely.
A. Alternatively, press and release the rubber bulb several times to get the fuel out of the bulb.
B. Start the engine and idle it until a natural stop occurs.
03 - Always store fuel in an approved container.
04 - Remove grease, oil, dirt, and debris buildup from the exterior of the unit.
05 - Perform all periodic lubrication and services that are required.
06 - Tighten all bolts, rivets, and nuts.
07 - Inspect and adjust all parts of the sprayer.
A. Thoroughly clean all parts and repair if necessary.
B. Apply a thin layer of oil to the metal parts to prevent rusting.
C. Remove the spray hose.
08 - Remove the spark plug and pour 10 ml of new, clean two-stroke engine oil into the cylinder through
the spark plug hole.
A. Place a clean cloth over the spark plug hole.
B. Operate the starter system 2 or 3 times to distribute the oil inside the cylinder.
C. Note the location of the piston through the spark plug hole.
D. Pull the starter lever slowly until the piston reaches the top of your stroke and leave it there.
09 - Install the spark plug (do not connect the ignition cable).
10 - Store in a dry, dust-free place out of reach of children and others unauthorized persons.
Attention! Storing the equipment without the fuel depletion procedure may result in problems with
the equipment's carburetor (drying out of the hoses, expansion of the diaphragms, etc.), which
will not be covered by warranty.
10. WARRANTY
LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS
Brudden Equipamentos LTDA, guarantees the equipment referred to in this manual, obliging itself to repair
or replace the parts and components that, in normal service and use, according to the technical
recommendations, PRESENT MANUFACTURING OR RAW MATERIAL DEFECTS, obeying the following
rules:
WARRANTY PERIOD
1 (one) year at technical support, manufacturer, or reseller, counted as of the date of the sales invoice issued
to the first owner.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The Warranty will be provided by Brudden, FREE of charge, provided that the parts and components present
MANUFACTURING OR RAW MATERIAL DEFECTS, after conclusive analysis. The equipment must have
the INVOICE. If there is a need for maintenance, the invoice must be presented to the authorized service.
NOTE: THE REPLACEMENT OF COMPLETE EQUIPMENT WILL ONLY BE DONE IF THE DEFECT
CANNOT BE REMEDIED BY SIMPLY CHANGING PARTS OF THE EQUIPMENT.
