The Centurion Classic face screens are all designed and approved for fitment to Centurion Classic Carriers & Browguards. They are designed to protect the face against various

hazards encountered in industry and are intended to protect the wearer against impact and flying debris.
The user should be aware of the need for marking compatibility of both screen and carrier. Carriers marked with impact grade B are suitable for screens that are marked 'B' or 'F' (F
being lower impact grade).

undamaged. Store and transport in original closed packaging (between 0ºC - +30ºC) for up to five years avoiding direct sunlight. The product has an in use life of up to five years.

To fit Carrier Clip to Helmet: Insert centre part of clip into helmet accessory slot and apply gentle pressure until located (Fig1).

To fit New Screen To Carrier (Excluding Metal Carrier): Locate holes at screen ends onto pegs/slot (1 & 2 – Fig 2) in screen carrier. Feed screen into carrier channel. Gently deflect
screen over central carrier peg (3 – Fig 2) until located in central screen hole. Ensure all carrier pegs are fully located into the screen holes.
To remove: Press to deflect middle of screen for carrier or side of screen for brow guard pulling screen away from Carrier / Brow Guard / Chin Guards.

To fit New Screen to Metal Carrier: Lift the screen clip up on the carrier and insert the hole at screen end over the peg (Fig 3). Feed the screen around the outside of carrier profile

locating each screen hole over each carrier peg (Fig 4). Lift the other screen clip up on the carrier and again locate the hole over peg and release carrier clip (Fig 5). Ensure all screen
holes are fully located on to the carrier pegs.
To remove: Lift the carrier screen clip up and push end of screen away from clip and peg (Fig 6). Now lift the other screen clip up to remove the screen.
To fit Metal carrier to helmet clip: Locate the carrier arms into the slots in the helmet clips on both sides of the helmet. Push both arms to position 4 (Fig 7).
To remove: Push the top finger of the carrier arms down and slide the carrier away from the helmet clips (Fig 8)
To fit Bump Cap Carrier: Position end of bump cap peak against inner face of carrier (Fig 9a). Slide front clips onto bump cap sides at position shown and slide carrier arms into front
clips (Fig 9b)
Refer to Table A for recommended rear clip type. Adjust arms and cap clips to ensure best carrier screen operation.
To remove carrier from Bump Cap: Slide carrier arms from cap clips.
To remove cap clips: Rotate the cap clip from one side to another to aid removal.
