MECAPULSE mode:

- When selected, it allows welding in Mecapulse mode. The speed of the drive motor oscillates between two
values STOPPED (1-Fig.7) and FORWARD (2-Fig.7) during the selected time, allowing to weld distant parts
without spatter and distortion. It replaces with advantages the electronic pulsed mode.
MEMORY SELECTION AND STORAGE:
This machine has 30 memories to store in MIG/MAG welding mode.
SAVING A MEMORY
1 - To save a welding memory, set the parameters to be saved.
2 - Press and hold down the right button (9 - Fig.5) for 3 seconds until the digital display (1 - Fig.5) shows
flashing MEM.
3 - Select the number of the memory location to be saved by turning the right knob (9 - Fig.5) and when
selected, press the knob (9 - Fig.5). The memory is saved.
SELECTING A MEMORY
1 - Press the right knob (9 - Fig.5) until the MEM LED lights up.
2 - Select the desired memory number, shown on the digital display (1 - Fig.5), by turning the right knob (9 -
Fig.5).
3 - Wait 2 seconds, your memory is available.
- When you change the parameter values, the machine automatically switches to MEM number 0.
- After switching off the machine, its memories will remain stored.
8.2 MMA Welding Process (coated electrode)
- Make the necessary connections to mains and earth as described in "Installation". Connect the earth and
electrode holder cables to welding plugs + (positive) and – (negative) according to electrode polarity. If
necessary, pay attention to electrode manufacturer instructions.
- Turn the main switch on front panel to ON position.
- The Power ON indicator lights, indicating that machine is under voltage.
