Description
Excessive temperature in critical
machine elements
Low cooler pressure
Torch trigger pulled when initializing the
machine.
Failure of internal communications
between machine subsystems.
Failure to establish the initial welding
arc
Lack of power phase
Failure to maintain welding arc after
confirming initial arc establishment.
Failure of communication between the
machine and the DIGIMIG torch.
Failure to validate machine
subsystems.
Possible actions
The ventilation should switch on
automatically. Leave the machine
running until the error disappears.
Check the condition of the cooling
circuit connections.
Do not pull the torch trigger when
starting the machine.
If the error does not disappear, switch
the machine off and on again. If the
error persists, contact the supplier.
Check the condition of the negative
terminal connection to the parts to be
welded.
Check the electrical connections and
the mains
Check the connection condition of the
negative terminal to the parts to be
welded. If the welding quality is very
bad before the error, check the
machine connections to the mains
and/or the welding parameters.
Only valid for DIGIMIG torches.
Switch off the machine, check the
torch connection to the machine and
switch it on again. In case of
persistent error, contact the supplier.
