Routine cleaning
Cleaning is a critical aspect for the correct operation of the coffee grinder. A
neglected coffee grinder can have a negative impact on coffee brewing and on
the accuracy of dosing and grinding. Before cleaning, make sure the appliance is
unplugged.
Cleaning the coffee container
Cleaning is recommended at least once a week.
1 After removing the coffee container from the machine, wash the inside of the
coffee container with mild soap and water, removing the oily layer left by the
coffee beans.
2 Rinse and dry it thoroughly.
3 Repeat the process for the plastic lid.
4 Do not wash in the dishwasher.
Cleaning the dispensing spout
When necessary, clean the dispensing spout (10) with a hand vacuum cleaner or
small hoover to remove any coffee residue.
Maintenance
Warning: Maintenance should be performed only by specialised personnel.
Warning: Do not attempt to perform makeshift or temporary repairs; use only
manufacturer's original spare parts.
For good machine operation, the burrs should be replaced after grinding ~ 250 kg
of coffee. Maintenance and thorough cleaning of the burrs should be performed
