Installation
English
Before using the appliance for the first time, it is advisable to follow the tips below.
Ventilation
To improve freezer performance and save energy, it is necessary to maintain good ventilation in the
product area to allow heat dissipation. For this reason, adequate free space should be provided around
the freezer.
It is recommended that there should be 50-70mm clearance between the back of the freezer and the
wall, at least 100mm from the top, a minimum of 100mm between the sides and the wall and a
clearance at the front to allow the doors to open to 135º, as shown in the diagrams below.
Levelling
To level the product correctly and ensure good air circulation, you
must adjust the feet at the back of the freezer. They can be adjusted
by hand or with a suitable spanner.
To make the doors close by themselves, tilt the top of the product back
by 10 mm.
Mounting of handles
For ease of transport, the door handles are supplied separately in a
plastic bag. They fit as follows.
1. Remove the plugs from the holes on the left-hand side of the door, then place them in the plastic bag.
2. Align the handle with the left side of the door so that the centre of the holes in the handle are aligned
with the holes in the door, as shown in the picture.
3. Secure the handle with the screws provided inside the plastic bag. Then attach the handle covers.
