FA 60 219 00
The FA 60 219 00 end piece fixes to steel box section roofs. Once you have
determined the location of the end anchorage point, position the end piece
such that the 4 holes at each corner of the plate match the top of the corru-
gations. Drill 4 holes at each corner so that the plate can be secured in place
with 16 rivets. Insert the double-sided adhesive EPDM gasket between the
roof and the plate and fix in place with 16 rivets. Cover the rivets with
weatherproof adhesive tape.
Use the same method for intermediate posts FA 60 220 00 and FA 60 221
00, and for absorbent posts FA 60 300 00 and FA 60 301 00.
FA 60 222 00
The FA 60 222 00 end piece fixes to raised seam roofs. The fixing flanges
can be positioned over various plate holes so that different receiving struc-
ture dimensions can be accommodated.
Once you have determined the location of the end anchorage point, secure
the fixing flanges to the receiving structure using ordinary and Allen socket
grub screws and thread lock (tightening torque 29 Nm).
Next, secure the plate to the fixing flanges using assembly screws and ap-
plying some thread lock (tightening torque 29 Nm).
Use the same method for intermediate posts FA 60 223 00 and FA 60 224
00, and for absorbent posts FA 60 310 00 and FA 60 311 00.
FA 60 204 00
The FA 60 204 00 intermediate piece can be ground, wall or ceiling mount-
ed. Once you are satisfied with the component's orientation, secure it to
its mount.
It can be assembled:
On FA 60 211 30/C/D and FA 60 211 50/C/D posts, using the M12 x 25
mm hex head bolt and M12 washer (provided with the posts). Apply some
thread lock and screw directly into the threaded hole in the post head.
Into the FA 60 207 00 attachment plates with counter plates and FA 60 208
00 clamped plates, using the M12 x 30 mm hex head bolt and M12 washer
(provided with the fixing plates).
Into the FA 60 213 00 clamping plates, using the M12 x 30 mm hex head
bolt and M12 washer (provided with the fixing plates).
Into the FA 60 220 00 trapezoidal roof sheet intermediate posts and FA 60
223 00 standing seam roof using the M12 x 25 mm hex head bolt and M12
washers (provided with the intermediate components).
