11. Fluorescence observation procedures (reflected light)
Set the main swith to "I" (ON) and adjust light intensity.
Place a specimen on the stage.
Insert in the light path the filtercube
suitable for the specimen
Insert the objective into the light path
and focus the specimen.
Insert the anti-glow cap to reduce flares
Begin observation
