GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF APPLIANCE
– The oven (referred to below as the appliance), is de-
signed and constructed to cook foods in the profes-
sional catering sector.
– Its functions are controlled by an electronic control
board allowing setting of the cooking modes (convec-
tion, steam, combination) and the functions provided
to allow more uniform cooking.
