to assemble, use or install the product.Keep this
instruction manual for future use. This manual
contains important information on the safe use,
operation and installation of this pump. The use
of unauthorised replacement parts will void the
warranty.
To avoid serious injury and unnecessary intervention,
read this manual carefully and completely.
1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND
WARNINGS
WARNING
To reduce the risk of injury, do not allow children
to use or climb on this product. Supervise children
carefully at all times. Components such as the
filtration system, pumps and heaters should be
positioned in such a way as to prevent children from
using them as a means of access to the pool.
ATTENTION
This pump is intended for use on permanently
installed in-ground or above ground pools and can
also be used with hot tubs and spas if indicated.
Do NOT use with seasonal above ground pools.
Although this product is designed for outdoor
use, it is strongly recommended that the electrical
components are protected from the elements.
Choose a well-drained area that will not flood in
the event of rain. It requires free air circulation for
cooling. Do not install it in a damp or unventilated
area. If installed in an outdoor enclosure or under the
skirt of a hot tub, adequate ventilation and free air
circulation must be provided to prevent the motor
from overheating.
