Consumers can return obsolete devices to a take-back
distributor if purchasing a new device of the same type
with essentially the same function. This also applies to
home deliveries. In distance selling, the free pick-up of an
obsolete device when purchasing a new device is
restricted to heat exchangers, visual display units and
large devices with an outer edge length of more than 50
cm. The seller has to ask the consumer about their inten
tion to return the obsolete device at the time the sales
agreement is concluded. Apart from this, consumers can
dispose of up to three obsolete devices of the same type
at the seller's collection point free of charge without
having to purchase a new device. However, the edge
length of the respective devices must not exceed 25 cm.

Dear customer,
We grant a device warranty of 3 years from the
purchase date.
In the event of defects, you have a legal right to claim at
the point of sale. Our warranty described in the
following does not restrict your statutory rights.
Warranty terms and conditions
The warranty period starts on the purchase date. Please
keep the original purchase receipt. It serves as verifica-
tion of the purchase.
If a material or production fault occurs within three years
from the purchase date, we will at our discretion repair
or replace the product free of charge. You must submit
the faulty device and the purchase receipt within three
years together with a written description of the defect,
stating the date when the defect occurred, to be able to
make a claim under this warranty.

If the defect is covered by our warranty, we will either
return the repaired product or you will receive a new
product. The warranty period does not restart after
repairs or replacement of the product.
The warranty period is not extended by the warranty
service. This also applies to repaired or replaced parts.
Damage and defects at the time of purchase must be
reported immediately after unpacking. Repairs due after
expiry of the warranty period are subject to a charge.
The device has been produced with the greatest care as
per strict quality standards and it has been thoroughly
tested prior to distribution.
The warranty applies to any material and production
faults. The warranty does not apply to parts subject to
normal wear and tear and which are considered wear
parts on the basis of their properties (e.g., filters or

attachment parts). Damage to fragile parts (e.g.,
switches, batteries or parts made of glass) are also
excluded from the warranty scope.
This warranty is rendered void as soon as the product is
damaged, used improperly or has not been serviced.
Strict compliance with all instructions in this user manual
is paramount for a proper use of the product. Improper
use and any other processes of which the user manual
warns must be avoided at all cost.
The product is intended for non-commercial use only.
The warranty shall be rendered void in the event of
misuse, improper or rough operation or in the event of
manipulations that were not carried out by our author
ised customer service centres.
